Welcome to aibizbuild at aibizbuild.tech. We provide AI implementation for business assistants and automation. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

1. Services

We offer customized AI implementation services to enhance business workflows, including design, development, deployment, and support of AI-driven assistants and automated processes.

2. Information Products

In addition to our service offerings, we distribute digital materials such as guides, templates, and online courses related to AI implementation and process automation.

3. Goods

We also sell physical products, including hardware components and accessories that support AI solutions and automation systems.

4. Payment

All fees for services, information products, and goods are due prior to delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept multiple payment options as specified at checkout.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 AI Services

If you wish to cancel a scheduled service engagement, you may notify us at least 7 days before the start date via our contact form. Approved cancellations will receive a full refund of fees paid, processed through the original payment channel within 10 business days. You may also choose to defer the engagement to a later date within 90 days of the original start date.

Certain bespoke AI design and integration projects require resource allocation and third-party commitments. Once work has commenced, these projects are non-refundable due to sunk costs and cannot be deferred.

5.2 Information Products

Digital products delivered via immediate download are final sale. Refund requests for information products must be made within 48 hours of purchase and before any content has been accessed or downloaded. Approved requests will be processed within 7 business days.

5.3 Goods

For physical products, you may request a refund or swap within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and undamaged. Please ship the product back to our address at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956, Singapore. Once we confirm the condition, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement at no extra charge. Shipping costs are non-reimbursable.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date.
